we're looking for someone who wants to learn how to find and attract the best people for our logistics company. no recruiting experience needed — we'll teach you everything from scratch.
schedule: evening shift, tashkent time — 5:00 pm – 3:00 am. this is an on-site role in our tashkent office. not remote.
what you'll be doing
- sourcing candidates and reaching out by phone and messenger
- talking with candidates and finding out what matters to them in a job
- running first interviews and identifying the right people
- keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date
- supporting the team with hiring and helping improve how we recruit
what we're looking for
- experience in sales, or any job where you talk with people all day: call center, sales manager, consultant, operator, administrator
- no recruiting experience required — willingness to learn is what counts
- clear, confident communication and the ability to listen
- reliability, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work evenings consistently
