location: tashkent (office)
schedule: full-time | 6/1 | night shifts only (after 6:00 pm)
salary: $200 fixed salary + unlimited bonuses
total income: from $1,000+ per month for successful sales managers
payment: twice a month

what you will do

• book flight tickets for customers from the us to destinations worldwide

• sell additional services: baggage, insurance, upgrades, and travel protection

• consult customers before and after purchase, helping them choose the best routes and options

• meet personal sales targets and earn uncapped performance bonuses

• maintain high service standards while working via phone and chat

what we expect

• fluent english is a must (clear speech and strong communication skills) — c1/c2 level preferred

• high motivation to work in sales, learn fast, and grow financially

• willingness to work night shifts (aligned with us time zones)

• experience in sales or a call center is a plus, but not required

shifts (tashkent time)

• night shifts only:

• 20:00–04:00
