QHSE Manager — Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

We are looking for a QHSE Manager to oversee quality and EHS management for telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement and monitor project quality controls, improvements and standardized processes.
• Track major project issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify project quality risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Improve quality management performance across operations in the country.
• Implement and monitor project and country-level EHS standards.
• Deliver quality and EHS training to local employees and subcontractors.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of quality management and EHS principles relevant to telecommunications projects.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
• A proactive approach to work and strong communication skills.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Working conditions:
• On-site work.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
