Andersen is hiring an Android Developer in Uzbekistan for a project developing a digital banking SuperApp and delivering secure, scalable mobile banking and payment services.

The customer is a prominent financial institution, offering a wide range of services to individuals and businesses. With a focus on digital transformation, the company leverages advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience. It invests in modern infrastructure, including cloud solutions, data centers, and cybersecurity measures, to support its growing operations and meet client needs.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a digital banking SuperApp that integrates mobile applications, backend services, banking products, and external systems. It includes delivering secure banking and payment functionality, ensuring reliable transaction processing and data exchange, and supporting the full software development lifecycle to provide a seamless and scalable digital banking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Independently testing end-to-end banking user journeys, ensuring functional correctness beyond UI validation.
• Executing and validating real banking operations across key application features.
• Reproducing and investigating real-world user scenarios, including errors, failures, and edge cases.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Android Developer for 2+ years.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or payments, including working on production Android applications used by real customers.
• Experience with banking workflows, including registration, identity verification, card management, money transfers, loans, and deposits.
• Familiarity with secure banking flows, including OTP, authentication, biometric verification, and real-world failure scenarios.
• Ability to perform and validate real money transfers, including successful, failed, pending, duplicate, and OTP-confirmed transactions.
• Ability to test the end-to-end loan application process, including document uploads, approval statuses, errors, and edge cases.
• Ability to test the complete deposit lifecycle, including opening, closing, pending transactions, and failure scenarios.
• Experience validating positive, negative, timeout, retry, and edge-case scenarios across real banking workflows.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Uzbek language.
