american vitamins standart llc is a growing manufacturing company specializing in vitamin production. due to our continued growth, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative team member who is eager to develop a career in procurement and supply chain management.

key responsibilities

• search for and identify local and international suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.

• request, review, and compare supplier quotations.

• prepare purchase requests and coordinate procurement orders.

• monitor delivery schedules and ensure the timely availability of required materials.

• maintain supplier databases and procurement records.

• collect and verify supporting documentation from suppliers.

• coordinate with the production, warehouse, and finance departments.

• participate in negotiations and business correspondence with suppliers.

• prepare procurement reports and analytical spreadsheets.

requirements

• english proficiency: ielts 6.0 or higher (mandatory).

• fluent in russian and uzbek.

• previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage.

• good working knowledge of ms excel and computer applications.

• strong communication and business correspondence skills.

• high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• ability to work with documents and analytical information.

• willingness to learn and develop professionally.

preferred qualifications

• experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.

• familiarity with 1c and electronic document management systems.

• experience communicating with international suppliers.

• knowledge of procurement, logistics, and international shipping processes.
