Health and Safety Intern in Tashkent Plant

Job Identification

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and eager-to-learn H&S Intern to support the Health & Safety team in ensuring compliance with occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and fire protection requirements while gaining practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

What We Expect

Support the Health & Safety team in monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements across the plant.
Participate in workplace inspections and safety observations; assist in documenting findings and tracking corrective actions.
Assist in preparing safety reports, presentations, and H&S documentation.
Support onboarding safety inductions and awareness activities for employees and contractors.
Help maintain records related to trainings, incidents, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Participate in workplace risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
Assist in monitoring the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support fire safety inspections, emergency preparedness activities, and evacuation drills.
Participate in incident investigations by collecting information and preparing initial documentation.
Collaborate with different departments to promote a safe working environment and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Final-year student or recent graduate in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

Strong interest in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.

Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work responsibly, pay attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of occupational safety principles is an advantage.

English level: Intermediate or higher. Willingness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.
